Dr. Rosenberg is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since completing high school there in 1971, he has re-located to pursue work and studies in Pennsylvania (University Park, Williamsport), to Indiana (Terre Haute), Maryland (Baltimore), and since the 1980's in Central Florida (Melbourne, Orlando).
He is a family man, happily married to an exceptional woman, a multiply award decorated, now retired public school teacher, who continues helping children (and their families) dealing with developmental exceptionalities and learning difficulties. He is a very proud father of two talented and professionally accomplished daughters, both University of Florida graduates: after completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy the elder is working in clinical/management roles with an Orlando medical rehabilitation facility, while after completing Fine Arts & Business degrees the younger is now a Human Resource Manager with a large corporation in Tampa. Dr. Rosenberg, also now known now as "Pop," is also the boundlessly happy grandfather of two wonderful grandchildren - Adam Joshua and Ian Paul.
Dr. Rosenberg spends his free time with wife and family, gardening (raising succulents, cactus, lillies, and bromeliads), and cultivating his spiritual life through Jewish studies, prayer and meditation.
